The Transportation Program Is More Than a Set of Keys

Many nonprofits transport participants, deliver supplies, operate mobile programs or reimburse employees and volunteers for driving their own vehicles.

Make Vehicle Problems Visible

A vehicle defect reported verbally can disappear between shifts. The organization needs an approved method for documenting problems, assigning repairs and confirming whether a vehicle is safe to return to service.

  • Registration and insurance records
